Ash & Jake

Ash and Jake wed on her family property out near Mendooran country NSW for those of you that don't know. We were in drought at the time so it was so super dry and it seemed like everyday we were getting huge dust storms. Lucky for us it was not one of those days and the sun was shinng and i was on snake watch.

Ash's brief was elegant rustic country nand who can pass up lush gum leaves for this brief?

The cereemony took place down near the dam which funny enough had some water it. Ash and Jake said their I do's under a huge teepee structure that her dad built (I love it when the fam all gets involved) and i adorned the teepee with a garland of greenery. After the ceremony guests stayed for drinks under the gum trees where they had the most epic esky/bar. They family tractor turned into make shift bar and i have so much love for it even to this day.

Reception ws held in the Mendooran showgrounds and boy did we turn on a tranformation for this basic old shed. Over all the tables was a canopy of gum leaves with draping festoons for the most perfect mood lighting. Beautiful grey linen tablescloths were teamed with native pink and red flowers and candles to produced the most perfect country tablescape.
